We will visit the site and take pictures, measurements and notes as needed

Discuss client’s ideas for future growth, upgrades and needs

Build an official proposal with pricing and other details to submit for customers review  M-F 9am to 5pm

Sound System Tune Up - $650 (click here for details)

Make an appointment to perform service and engineer a rehearsal that evening.

Measure room audio characteristics

Tune and adjust all processing

Perform a real sound-check –Mixing pointers throughout

Teach proper Sound operator to Stage communication and real expectations

Lighting System Tune Up - $650

Make an appointment to perform thorough diagnoses concerning all non working fixtures

Repair and adjust light level problems throughout system

Re assign and program fixtures and board to reflect current stage needs etc.

Put together an estimate for all parts and service needed to get everything on site working

Propose an estimate to accomplish new goals and needs

Customer to provide a lift as needed

Sound Class - $850 (click here for details)

Review list of goals and training needs

Arrive at location and make minor adjustments to equipment to operate effectively

Perform a  2 .5 hour instructional class on basic board operation and mixing technique

Return for a Rehearsal and more mixing instruction throughout

Sunday Technician - $350

Is your Sunday’s Sound, Singin the blues? The Sunday Technician Service will produce a drastic improvement in your overall sound quality and in your operator’s ability to ”perform the basics”. We will adjust your mixer quickly the morning of the service. Operate and share mixing pointers throughout (1.5 services max.)

Warranty on Services
Sound Principles warranties installation service provided for one year after job completion.  Equipment failure is handled under manufacturer’s warranty guidelines between customer and manufacturer and Sound Principles service call rates.

Most times equipment has to be returned to the manufacturer or turned in to an authorized repair center to determine it’s eligibility for coverage under warranty.

*Additional charges will be added for ladders, scaffolding, or lifts needed

*All services must be paid for at time of visit.
